We are open to worldwide re-seller either you are a small designer who buy our flower in resin as part of your jewelry design only, sell online, sell in craft fair or made to your own brand and design with customized packaging and logo.

Our capacity is 20,000 pieces a month.

4. After you paid or save order then our sale/shipping DIV will get total delivery cost so you can confirm or cancel order as FINAL CONFIRMATION

Minimum order is 50units (pendant, earring, or brooch) or US$200 combined whichever come first (exclude delivery). This due to international postal or courier (TNT, FEDEX, UPS, DHL and other services) startup cost around $50 whether you ship empty box or not, therefore minimum enforced average cost of delivery for workable pricing for you as wholesaler.

We protect our re-seller by not selling to end consumer at low cost (we do not dump market price) on the retail level. This allow each re-seller to set retail price in each country freely and fairly.

You are paying same cost buying minimum 50units or more 250units per order, however average delivery cost for you varied greatly. Please see delivery cost guide for full information on delivery cost vs. quantity you order.

Many re-sellers buying our real flower jewelry as “parts and finding” as you can re-design your own jewelry. However, we can assist in some designs upon requested on additional “customized design MADE TO ORDER” such as “wire wrapped”, “leather necklace and beads”, “design with pearl or stone necklace.

We sell leather necklace, beads and other finding separately so you can also buy and customized colors freely and easily brand to your own “branding”.

Guide bases on USA so it will cost you less within Asia and may cost you more for panama and remote island. Each country varied and delivery option ranging from EMS, TNT, UPS, FeDEX, and courier of your preferred choice.

Average “Delivery Cost” suggested for “pendant”, “earring” , “brooch & Pin”

50units     EMS     average delivery cost can range $1.2-$2.0/piece

100units  EMS/COURIER  average delivery cost can range $1.2-$1.0/piece

150units  EMS/COURIER  average delivery cost can range $0.80-1.00/piece

200units  EMS/COURIER average delivery cost can range $0.50-0.80/piece

Despite wholesale cost for 50units vs. 200 units and up maybe the same but overall your cost is lower when you buy bulk 200units.

BOX SIZE LIMIT suggest 200-250units due to we avoid crush flowers by it’s own weight in box.

Product packed in polybag when ship, then bulk in BOX (NO GIFTBOX).

GIFTBOX for each re-seller could have own branding and gift box can range from 0.50$/box to $3/box and shipping 50pcs giftbox equal to ship 200pcs polybag.

IMPORT DUTY

Each re-seller has obligation to import duty in your own country so we do not sell our product include duty. Landed at door-step or “door-to-door” does not include import duty and fee (if any). However, our products are crafts handmade and so far, re-seller has no issue on import duty.

EXCEPTION: Brazil do not allow private person to buy from overseas via postal / courier / air cargo without paying tax and without having a business license (not even 1 piece). Brazil re-seller must register as a shop, store or company and enable to clear custom.

EXCEPTION : Moscow (Russia) tax duty on parcel and may or may not apply while other small town in Russia may not require duty on parcel.

SALES / USED TAX / VAT TAX

EUROPE (all parcels invoice) normally indicate VAT TAX number. This due to Europe hardly tax import duty, but imposed HIGH VAT TAX when “YOU” the “re-seller” retailing in Europe. 

AMERICA (USA) wholesale do not collect sales tax but retailer must have sales/used tax in your state. Our group has office in NEW JERSERY therefore we required NJ re-seller to have sales/used tax certificate NJ. If re-seller in NJ do not have sales/used tax,  we have to applied sales tax to your order (NJ only) 

With shopping online today, we ship and buy products worldwide daily without import license or special permit. This is true to most countries with exception below.

BRAZIL re-seller must have business registration to buy from us and able to clear custom

HAWAII (USA) re-seller can be a person or a company, however, you may or may not need custom broker to clear custom.

We are updating this page as we have more record.

We do try to provide re-seller zoning as part of our support but not restricted and reserved the right (case by case). This is to avoid price dump.

Market place/ wholesale district

We have some sellers in some district in market place and maybe not restrict in zoning.

Retail store (50 miles or 1 hour drive)

We try our best to provide 50 miles or 1 hour drive radius for each re-seller if possible. However. if city with high population like NYC (may varied).

REGION / STATE

We do provide region seller in some country such as Calabria Itlay due to distant and lower population.

Restriction is irreverent in some cases due to many sell on website which have no boundary, some have own unique design which do not matter on zoning selling. 

Exclusivity matters to some re-seller due to small population and/or quantity buy.

We have BOSTON (usa) locked zoning , re-seller in MA please check with us for zoning.

Italy, we have locked Calabria (Italy) , re-seller Italy will be check for zoning.

If you wish to inquire on exclusivity in zoning, please contact us so admin can work out plan and possibility as part of our market support. This NOT INCLUDE those who sell online, but emphasize on those who has physical stores.

AGAIN, many re-sellers re-design and have own branding therefore never need exclusivity (different designs), and many are only seller in their area so automatically have no competitor due to our products are UNIQUE

YEAR ROUND ORCHID BY MILLIONS

Thailand is know for tropical orchid exporter of fresh cut orchid ; dendrobium, vanda, mokara, cattleya in millions of stem which mean flower head of these species are abundant for us to make real orchid in resin year round.

DENDROBIUM ORCHID Species common dendrobium in our catalog is LUCY, AND SONIA available year round but may not include draconis dendrobium which is not classify as fresh cut commodity orchid.  Dendrobium plant may have many stems and each stem can have 5 to 10 flower heads.

MOKARA ORCHID species cost the same as dendrobium orchid when trade per stem, however each stem may have 5 flower head only

VANDA ORCHID  species cost 4-10 TIMES dendrobium orchid when trade and each stem may have 5 flower head only

CATTLEYA ORCHID grow year round but mainly sell as plant so we harvest what's left from plant trade and cattleya have 1-3 flowers per plant only.

Our orchid jewelry price variation is not a lot between above species for we use overrun left from orchid nursery as well as some inhouse orchid nursery in our own group associate farm only.

Many orchid species are SEASONAL ORCHID for Thailand example PHALAENOPSIS ORCHID due to this orchid grow and produce more flower head in winter Thailand and Thailand hardly have any winter. Our weather average 75 to 110F year round (Hot, Hotter, Hottest and UNBEARABLE HOT)

Phalaenopsis orchid considered commercial orchid but only grow seasonal.

We harvest PHALAENOPSIS ORCHID once a year so you can order them as available only.

Rare orchid or rare flower for us "manufacture and maker" mean EITHER IT'S NONE-COMMERCIAL ORCHID SPECIES or IT'S NOT LOCAL FLOWERS

Hydrangea IS NOT THAILAND local flowers so this consider RARE for us since we can source flower head from limited farm. On the contrary to you LOTUS is rare flower for elsewhere but lotus is THAILAND year round flowers

Paphiopedilum ORCHID mainly trade plant with bloom and each plant may have 1-2 flower head so sometime we can harvest 100-500 pieces a year
