Minimum order is 50units (pendant, earring, or brooch) or US$200 combined whichever come first (exclude delivery). This due to international postal or courier (TNT, FEDEX, UPS, DHL and other services) startup cost around $50 whether you ship empty box or not, therefore minimum enforced average cost of delivery for workable pricing for you as wholesaler.

We protect our re-seller by not selling to end consumer at low cost (we do not dump market price) on the retail level. This allow each re-seller to set retail price in each country freely and fairly.

You are paying same cost buying minimum 50units or more 250units per order, however average delivery cost for you varied greatly. Please see delivery cost guide for full information on delivery cost vs. quantity you order.

Many re-sellers buying our real flower jewelry as “parts and finding” as you can re-design your own jewelry. However, we can assist in some designs upon requested on additional “customized design MADE TO ORDER” such as “wire wrapped”, “leather necklace and beads”, “design with pearl or stone necklace.

We sell leather necklace, beads and other finding separately so you can also buy and customized colors freely and easily brand to your own “branding”.

Guide bases on USA so it will cost you less within Asia and may cost you more for panama and remote island. Each country varied and delivery option ranging from EMS, TNT, UPS, FeDEX, and courier of your preferred choice.

50units     EMS     average delivery cost can range $1.2-$2.0/piece

100units  EMS/COURIER  average delivery cost can range $1.2-$1.0/piece

150units  EMS/COURIER  average delivery cost can range $0.80-1.00/piece

200units  EMS/COURIER average delivery cost can range $0.50-0.80/piece

Despite wholesale cost for 50units vs. 200 units and up maybe the same but overall your cost is lower when you buy bulk 200units.

BOX SIZE LIMIT suggest 200-250units due to we avoid crush flowers by it’s own weight in box.

IMPORT DUTY

Each re-seller has obligation to import duty in your own country so we do not sell our product include duty. Landed at door-step or “door-to-door” does not include import duty and fee (if any). However, our products are crafts handmade and so far, re-seller has no issue on import duty.

EXCEPTION: Brazil do not allow private person to buy from overseas via postal / courier / air cargo without paying tax and without having a business license (not even 1 piece). Brazil re-seller must register as a shop, store or company and enable to clear custom.

EXCEPTION : Moscow (Russia) tax duty on parcel and may or may not apply while other small town in Russia may not require duty on parcel.

SALES / USED TAX / VAT TAX

EUROPE (all parcels invoice) normally indicate VAT TAX number. This due to Europe hardly tax import duty, but imposed HIGH VAT TAX when “YOU” the “re-seller” retailing in Europe. 

AMERICA (USA) wholesale do not collect sales tax but retailer must have sales/used tax in your state. Our group has office in NEW JERSERY therefore we required NJ re-seller to have sales/used tax certificate NJ. If re-seller in NJ do not have sales/used tax,  we have to applied sales tax to your order (NJ only) 

With shopping online today, we ship and buy products worldwide daily without import license or special permit. This is true to most countries with exception below.

BRAZIL re-seller must have business registration to buy from us and able to clear custom

HAWAII (USA) re-seller can be a person or a company, however, you may or may not need custom broker to clear custom.
